Hector's House is a comfortably furnished  three bedroom  centrally heated cottage,  located in the village of Bream.      The property sits in very close proximity to open woodland.

Bream has two pubs and several shops and  overlooks the forest from a high vantage point.   There is a cricket pitch and rugby field in the village where often games can be watched.

The large kitchen/family room offers all the facilities of a fully equipped kitchen,with full size oven and hob.   Off the kitchen is a utility room/WC with full size washing machine. 

There is ample seating for six in the family room overlooking the secluded garden.     The garden has a large patio area for barbeques and a covered gazebo area for shade or smokers!  

THE HOUSE IS NON-SMOKING.

The Dining Room is central to the cottage, between the family and sitting room.

The cosy snug/sitting room includes a TV & DVD with comfortable seating around the original forest stone fireplace with multifuel burner.   LOGS INCLUDED.
